Ed & Malinda's 20th Anniversary

After much study and sacrifice of family time to show himself approved, Ed received his credentials as an ordained minister at the end of July. He finished just in time to celebrate his 20th Anniversary, re-dedicating his love and his life to his beautiful wife, Malinda.

This was such an awesome event to witness and be a part of! One of the most beautiful moments of the ceremony, apart from being able to see the deep commitment and love that the couple displayed for God and one another, was watching Ed give his first communion to his wife and sons as a newly ordained minister. I recall seeing a few tears, and my wife, who didn't attend, was even taken aback by the apparent presence of God in the simple gesture.

This family is one of the most faithful and dedicated to serving the church that I know of. Watching them interact and all taking part in this re-dedication was a blessing and a great example to what a family invested in serving God together and knowing Him can look like. It was an honor to record their memories for the day.

In honor of the Castañeda family, I just wanted to share a mini sequence of their joyful event with you to see for yourself (and don't worry, I saved the best for last).
